Registration on the Teach English in China Network is provided for all current and alumni teachers and volunteers. The network is styled on sites like Friendster and MySpace, it provides teachers with a means for connecting with one another across China. There are facilities for personal blogs, photo albums, and profiles. Teachers and volunteers are invited to sign up for the network as part of their pre-departure orientation.
